BSH publishes cross-border decision notice for Curonian Nord

BSH has notified the German public of the conclusion of the Lithuanian procedure and a final decision concerning the Curonian Nord offshore wind project. Documents were available from 25 September to 9 October 2026 as part of the cross-border environmental assessment process. The decision was made by Lithuanian authorities; legal remedies are governed by Lithuanian law, and the German notice creates no German appeal period.
