SSE Renewables said Dogger Bank D has opened a non-statutory consultation on early design concepts for its proposed onshore converter station near Beverley, East Yorkshire, as the 1.5 GW fourth phase of Dogger Bank moves toward a planned Development Consent Order application in June 2027.
