ORE Catapult reports a trial of Excelerate Technology’s bonded satellite and cellular communications equipment on its Levenmouth Demonstration Turbine. The system maintained connectivity throughout the tower and nacelle during several weeks of testing, supporting remote monitoring, operational data and crew safety for offshore wind farms.
