Skyborn Renewables signed a power purchase agreement with InCommodities Asset Management for Germany's 110.7 MW Nordergründe offshore wind farm. InCommodities will buy the project's electricity and guarantees of origin and provide balancing services, marking its first offshore-wind transaction. The 18-turbine wind farm has operated since 2017, and Skyborn became its sole owner in 2026.

Semco Maritime says its subsidiary Wind Multiplikator has signed a long-term integrated service contract for the Nordergrunde offshore wind farm in Germany. The company says the scope covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of turbines, foundations and the offshore substation, alongside 24-hour monitoring, spare parts management and engineering support. Semco Maritime also says the contract begins on 1 June 2026 with an initial 5.5-year term and extension options. The update shows continued demand for specialist offshore wind operations and maintenance services from source-owned reporting.
