France’s energy regulator CRE approved RTE’s staged grid-connection procedure and model agreement for the AO 10 PPE3 offshore wind projects, including Fécamp Grand Large, Bretagne Nord-Ouest, Oléron and Golfe du Lion. The framework is designed to clarify phased commitments between RTE and developers for offshore-wind connections.
