Electricity system
Electra is the principal public electricity utility and grid operator across most islands. Cabeolica operates four independent onshore wind farms under the national public-private framework and is delivering the multi-island Phase II wind and battery expansion.
Grid context
Each island has an isolated electricity network. The mapped package covers the complete four-farm operating Cabeolica fleet and every official Phase II wind and battery component, including exact points for the three new Santiago turbines and project-specific BESS sites on all four islands.
