Grid context

Elering is the Estonian TSO and manages offshore wind grid connection, with connection studies tied to the Baltic Wind offshore zone development process. Estonia's offshore wind programme is at an early development stage and dedicated connection procedures are being established. Cross-border interconnection with Latvia and Finland is relevant to system integration given Estonia's small grid.
