KOSTT operates the transmission system and electricity market, KEDS operates the distribution network and the Energy Regulatory Office regulates the sector. The Ministry of Economy sets energy policy.
Grid context
Kosovo's system is synchronously connected to the Continental European network and participates in the Albania-Kosovo market arrangements. The mapped package covers every current operating wind project and all 39 turbines.
