Augstsprieguma tīkls is Latvia's transmission-system operator. ELWIND is assessing grid-connection options for the Latvian and Estonian offshore areas, including a possible additional cross-border interconnection. The connection design and responsibilities remain under study and have not been fixed in final auction terms.
