Electricity system
Energie du Mali operates the national interconnected system and isolated centres. OMVS and SOGEM own the shared regional hydropower assets, while SEMAF operates Manantali and Felou within the interconnected West African power system.
Grid context
The five mapped plants represent the complete current operating grid-connected hydropower fleet. Manantali, Felou and Gouina use their full physical plant capacities rather than Mali's contractual energy allocations.
