DescriptionClusius C.V. is the Dutch project company that owns and operates the Eneco Luchterduinen offshore wind farm, formerly known as Q10, off the coast of IJmuiden in the Netherlands. The company was established as a joint venture between Eneco and Japanese energy investors to develop, finance and operate the 129 MW offshore wind project.
