DescriptionElican Consortium was a European Horizon 2020 project consortium led by Esteyco to demonstrate the ELISA self-installing telescopic offshore wind substructure. The project delivered a full-scale 5 MW offshore wind turbine prototype off Gran Canaria using technology designed to reduce offshore installation costs.
