DescriptionThe Environmental Investment Centre Foundation, known as KIK, is an Estonian public foundation that finances and delivers environmental and climate projects. It administers grants and supervises funded activities within the Ministry of Climate’s administrative area. KIK leads pre-development of the Estonian ELWIND offshore wind area, including environmental studies and procurement.
