DescriptionPennavel is the project company developing France’s first commercial-scale floating offshore wind farm off southern Brittany, near Groix and Belle-Ile-en-Mer. The project is backed by Elicio France, BayWa r.e. France, and Q ENERGY and is planned at around 250 to 270 MW.
