Description

RTE, Réseau de Transport d’Électricité, is France’s electricity transmission system operator, responsible for operating, maintaining, and developing the national high-voltage grid. For offshore wind, RTE manages grid-connection services and develops, builds, and operates transmission links and offshore substations that connect French offshore wind farms to the onshore network.
