DescriptionSEM-REV is a French grid-connected offshore test site for marine renewable energy technologies off the Pays de la Loire coast. Operated by Fondation OPEN-C, it supports testing and validation of floating wind, wave energy, and other offshore renewable energy prototypes in real sea conditions.
