DescriptionTahkoluoto Offshore Oy is a Finnish offshore wind project company developing the extension of the Tahkoluoto offshore wind farm off Pori on Finland's west coast. The planned extension adds around 40 turbines and is intended to expand Finland's first offshore wind site into a 600-840 MW project.
