DescriptionEnergieonderzoek Centrum Nederland, known as ECN, was a Dutch energy research centre based in Petten that developed knowledge and technology for the transition to a sustainable energy system. ECN merged into TNO in 2018, and its work continues through TNO Energy Transition across areas including wind, solar, hydrogen and energy systems research.
