Trtar Krtolin
Trtar Krtolin onshore wind overview.
Trtar-Krtolin is an operating 11.2 MW wind farm near Šibenik in Croatia, comprising 14 ENERCON E-48 turbines rated at 800 kW each. Electricity production began in July 2006, followed by its inauguration in November 2006. An environmental screening application published in October 2026 proposes replacing the existing turbines with up to five units rated at up to 6 MW each, giving a maximum proposed installed capacity of 30 MW. The proposal also includes a co-located battery system rated at up to 10 MW and retains the existing 11.2 MW grid connection. The replacement turbines and battery remain subject to the planning and permitting process. In OperationCroatia
