Brims Tidal Array (Cantick Head)
Brims Tidal Array (Cantick Head) tidal stream overview.
Brims was a proposed tidal-stream array south of Hoy in Orkney, developed from the earlier Cantick Head scheme. The environmental statement described a phased development of up to 200 MW; a December 2019 marine-planning report recorded the project as on hold following OpenHydro’s liquidation, and the project company was dissolved in October 2021.DormantUnited Kingdom
