L3 is the commercial layer of EOS Omnia™. A Business Package is a scoped commercial engagement, not a fixed enterprise tier, and the pricing philosophy is accessibility. The entry point sits at £5,000 per year, low enough for a specialist consultancy or a Tier 2 supplier to justify, and the scope grows from there. At the top end, fully bespoke engagements for major operators, developers, and OEMs scale without a published ceiling, because the scope genuinely varies.
Two variables set the price. Which tools in the L3 stack the organisation gets, and how prominent or targeted their advertising placement across the platform needs to be. The full Supply Chain Directory description is bundled from the entry-level package. Everything else is scoped to what the organisation actually needs, with a clear conversation about what gets added, what stays out, and what it costs.
Structured offshore wind intelligence has, until now, carried a minimum entry price that ruled most of the sector out. L3 is deliberately built to work at both ends. Small enough for the specialist to afford, flexible enough for the Tier 1 to use seriously.

Scope
Which tools from the L3 stack are included, and at what depth. An entry-level package might pair the full SCD with the Natural Language Agent. A mid-range package adds deep curtailment analytics and project profiling. A higher package brings in bespoke EOS WindSim™ or integrated engineering tooling. Scope is scoped, and the conversation is explicit about what is and is not inside.

Advertising
How prominent and how targeted the organisation's advertising placement is across L1 public traffic and L2 qualified professional traffic. For OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and specialist vendors, this is a significant commercial asset in its own right, and placement on a verified sector-professional audience is priced accordingly.
From £5,000 per year
Business Package entry point at £5,000 per year, scoped upward from there based on tools included and advertising placement. Mid-range and enterprise engagements are scoped individually. Fully bespoke deployments, digital twin builds, and custom platforms are priced on the scope of the work. EOS Sentis™ and the ODiGE OT cybersecurity consulting practice are separate, see below.
