EOS Omnia One TM, Owners & Operators Portfolio

One Operating Picture For Every Offshore ASSET You OWN

EOS Omnia One brings every offshore wind asset in your portfolio into a single live operating picture. Map, vessels, generation, curtailment, balancing, weather, and 3D, on one screen. Open data only by default, with OT and SCADA integration available as an upgrade. It's our day job.

In Detail

What's Inside EOS Omnia One

Eleven views that build a complete operating picture, from global fleet down to a single foundation under the waterline.

01 · Fleet Map

Live Fleet Map with Weather Overlay

Live fleet map with weather overlay
Fig. 01, Live Fleet Map with Weather Overlay

Your global fleet, at scale, in one place. Whether you operate one site or fifty, the map is the presence of your portfolio, made visible.

Tailored to just your offshore assets, in operation, construction, or in the planning pipeline. Wind, wave, electrical infrastructure, and AIS vessel data layered as filterable overlays.

Built for the big screen in the foyer, the break-out area, the canteen, the boardroom, or as a backdrop in the control room. Useful for investors, board members, and visitors. Not designed to replace your existing operational technology, but to bring the fleet into every office where your team and your partners work.

02 · Vessel Intelligence

Single Site, Live Wind, Wave & Vessels

Single site, live wind, wave and vessels
Fig. 02, Single Site, Live Wind, Wave & Vessels

The site overview brings together what is happening on and around a single asset. Weather conditions, sea state, electrical infrastructure, and live marine traffic, in one picture.

Marine traffic visibility is normally siloed inside the Marine Coordination Centre. Omnia One makes it available to everyone in the business who needs context, asset managers, commercial teams, control rooms, and visitors, without compromising what the MCC does.

Combined Overlays Available
  • Turbine layout & positions
  • Offshore substation (OSS) location
  • Inter-array & export cable routes
  • Live AIS vessel traffic
  • Vessel type filters (CTV, SOV, cargo, tanker, etc.)
  • Wind speed & direction overlay
  • Significant wave height overlay
  • Site-level weather summary
Subject to data availability for the region.
03 · Vessel Intelligence

Vessel Activity in the Field

Vessel activity in the field
Fig. 03, Vessel Activity in the Field

Drop into the field and see what is happening right now. Vessels in and around the array, their type, speed, navigation status, destination, and ETA, all clickable and live.

Useful for the questions that come up every morning. Are operations happening today? Is the SOV in the field or transiting back? Is the CTV alongside, or holding off? Answers without a phone call.

Vessel Data Available
  • Vessel name, flag, MMSI & IMO
  • Type (HSC, cargo, tanker, service, etc.)
  • Position (lat / lon)
  • Speed and heading
  • Navigation status (under way, at anchor, moored)

04 · Per-Farm Dashboards

Generation Performance, Forecast vs Actual

Generation performance, forecast vs actual
Fig. 04, Generation Performance, Forecast vs Actual

Live windfarm generation, drawn from multiple official public data sources and joined together to show how the asset is performing. Wind speed plotted against actual and forecast output, with thresholds for what counts as normal, marginal, or stressed.

Navigate the data over 24 hours, 7, 14, or 30 days. Step forward and back week by week. Export any chart as PNG, JPEG, or SVG, or download the underlying data as CSV or XLS for analysis in your tool of choice.

Generation Data Available
  • Wind speed at hub height (100m)
  • Gust speed
  • Forecast generation (FPN, MW)
  • Actual generation (MW)
  • Installed capacity & TEC
  • Custom operational thresholds
  • Time windows: 24h, 7d, 14d, 30d

National Grid Mix & Day-Ahead Pricing

National grid mix and day-ahead pricing
Fig. 05, National Grid Mix & Day-Ahead Pricing

Step out from the asset to the wider market. The national picture shows the energy mix in real time, the correlation between technologies, the weather driving them, and the day-ahead price that ties them together.

A useful primer for anyone in the business who needs to understand how the asset earns. Commercial, finance, board, and field teams all benefit from seeing the same picture.

National Energy Data Available
  • Generation mix by technology
  • Offshore wind speed (regional)
  • Day-ahead market price (€/MWh)
  • SDE maximum price reference
  • Solar, fossil gas, coal, nuclear
  • Onshore & offshore wind
  • Time windows: 24h, 7d, 14d, 30d
Subject to data availability for the region.

Curtailment Events & Lost Revenue

Curtailment events and indicative lost revenue
Fig. 06, Curtailment Events & Lost Revenue

Curtailment is one of the most interesting datasets the network operators publish, and one of the most misunderstood. Different regimes apply in different markets, with different rules for what counts and what does not.

Omnia One tailors the view to your asset's conditions, and the level of detail can be turned up or down depending on what you want to see.

Understand further what is in your operator's monthly report. Why curtailment events happened, when, how long they lasted, the volume in MWh, and the indicative revenue impact at day-ahead prices. An independent reference point for the conversations you have with your operator.

Curtailment Data Available
  • MWh curtailed per event
  • Event duration (hours)
  • Event count over period
  • Indicative revenue impact at day-ahead
  • Peak curtailed MW
  • Forecast vs actual generation overlay
  • Day-ahead and divergence indicator overlays
  • Time windows: 24h, 7d, 14d, 30d
Subject to data availability for the region.

Balancing Pressure & Outage Notifications

Balancing pressure and outage notifications
Fig. 07, Balancing Pressure & Outage Notifications

A great deal of information passes between operator and network operator that never reaches a routine report. Physical notifications, bid-offer data, REMIT inside-information disclosures in the UK, the ENTSO-E outage feed in Europe, and the balancing pressure on the grid in real time.

The detail varies by region. Omnia One surfaces what is published by the official sources, in one place, against the asset it relates to.

Balancing & Notifications Data Available
  • Upward / downward balancing volume (MW)
  • Net system direction
  • Wind delta, actual vs forecast
  • Farm outage notices (ENTSO-E A77)
  • Transmission & offshore grid events
  • Foreseen / unplanned maintenance
  • REMIT inside-information disclosures (UK)
  • Wind context: forecast vs actual (A69 / A75)
Subject to data availability for the region.

Operational Weather Window

Operational weather window
Fig. 08, Operational Weather Window

The weather is friend and foe. Operational Weather brings the metrics that matter for offshore work into one view, wind speed and gust at hub height, significant wave height and swell, visibility, precipitation, sea current, and water temperature.

Layered on top, a 24-hour maintenance window, a 7-day operational forecast against your CTV access criteria, the wind rose for the past 7 days, and a 7-day wind, wave, and vessel-access forecast.

Not designed to replace your Marine Coordination Centre, although it could carry a meaningful share of the load. Every chart is downloadable.

Weather & Sea-State Data Available
  • Wind speed & gust at 100m
  • Significant wave height & period
  • Swell height
  • Visibility, precipitation, cloud cover
  • Sea current speed
  • Water temperature, ice cover
  • Wind direction, current & rose (past 7d)
  • 24h maintenance window vs CTV criteria
  • 7-day operational forecast (% operational)
  • 7-day wind / wave / vessel-access forecast
Subject to data availability for the region.
